Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance

General Program Eligibility

           
• Complimentary maintenance is available on eligible new model year 2020-2025 Hyundai retail vehicles sold on or after February 1, 2020.
           
• Coverage lasts for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
           
• Services are available only through authorized Hyundai servicing dealers.
           
• Commercial, Certified Pre-Owned, used, and fleet vehicles are excluded. Certain professional uses, such as real estate or outside sales, may be permitted.
           
• Coverage is available only to the original owner or first retail customer and is not transferable, except between spouses.
       

2020-2024 Model Year Vehicles

           
• Coverage includes oil and oil filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections at normal maintenance schedule intervals.
           
• Maintenance required because of severe driving conditions is excluded.
           
• Each service must be completed within 1,000 miles or one month of the interval listed in the Owner's Manual.
           
• Failure to redeem one service before its applicable mileage or time limit does not void future eligible services.
       

2025 Model Year Vehicles

           
• Coverage includes four basic maintenance services during the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
           
• Basic maintenance includes Hyundai-approved oil and oil filter changes, excluding electric and fuel cell electric vehicles, multi-point inspections, and tire rotations.
           
• Additional services, replacement parts, and maintenance outside the covered services are excluded.
           
• When completed at normal factory-scheduled intervals, the four services cover eligible basic maintenance during the applicable coverage period.
       

Services and Items Not Covered

           
• Maintenance required because of severe driving conditions is the customer's responsibility.
           
• Normal wear items, including engine air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, and brake pads, are not covered.
           
• Services or repairs listed only as "inspect" in the Owner's Manual are not included.
           
• Recommended services outside covered oil and oil filter changes, tire rotations, and applicable multi-point inspections may require an additional charge.
